It’s been a contentful two months since my last newsletter! I wrote countless articles, and posts and shared resources with you on my social channels. I selected the best ones now in this ENTREPRENEUR issue.
Since my relocation to Munich in July, I’ve been actively building my network and exploring the city. I am also sharing about conferences, communities, and delicious places in the Bavarian capital.
October 10th was World Mental Health Day. Mental health is a key topic for entrepreneurs who have a higher risk of experiencing mental issues.
Enjoy!

🧭 Exploring Munich as an entrepreneur
Since my relocation to Munich in July, I’ve been actively building my network and exploring the city. It’s been both a challenge and a joy, as I consider myself an introvert. Read my networking tips for introverts here.
In September I attended Europe’s biggest startup conference, Bits and Pretzels, and watched Michelle Obama speaking live there! What a powerful experience it was! Again, through networking (I really practiced this skill lately!) and building connections, I became a member of a professional networker community called the Matchmakers.
I shared about the Top 5 unusual places I work from in Munich (for example a university library!). I’ve also joined a warm and welcoming event hosted by the American-German Business Club.
🧠 Mental health for entrepreneurs
Nature positively impacts our mental health, and I do recommend prioritizing connecting with nature if you’re going through a transitional period in your life. I’ve got lovely photos from clients where they shared about how they used the calming power of nature: a hike before a job interview, sitting in a park between two calls, or having a walking meeting to switch off from being in front of the screen.
Have you ever heard that don’t ever quit? When it is time to pivot and adjust as an entrepreneur? I became curious as I listened to a speech that claimed that resilience is about never quitting. In my current opinion, it might not be so.
Being an entrepreneur and experiencing mental health difficulties are not uncommon. Uncertainty, high levels of stress, and constant changes can all contribute to this. Agency and gratitude are key to improving your ability to mental health. You get started with micro habits like practicing gratitude at the end of the workday.
It’s a great place to be to feel supported on your entrepreneurial journey!
🎉 Two client success stories: navigating the stages of entrepreneurship
I had a powerful strategic session with Andrea, who is the long-time founder of the luxury yoga retreat business, Breathspiration and currently building her new business as an Interior Designer at AF Studio.
“Just after one session with her, I have gained more clarity of where I see myself as an interior designer. Apart from helping in connecting with the project on an emotional level, she gave real ideas to turn it into a successful project.”
During a three-month intensive transformational journey, Luise navigated the challenging period of closing her startup and created an exciting new professional path as a Product Director:
“I transitioned from being a "liquidator" of my company into a new leadership role at a company that matches my values and culture. I was able to rebuild confidence and enter the job with a clear picture of the kind of leader I want to be.”
